Chris Cunningham has a board where all of the CDs he produces at Basecamp Studios are displayed. When I was there in April 2009, I envisioned my album getting up there. Love & Lust & Hopes & Dreams & Fears is the 2nd from the left on the bottom row!
Atlanta musician Harrison Brown just gave me a feel-good review: "Hooray! A songwriter whose songs I understand and enjoy. I was beginning to wonder if I was totally out of touch. Keep up the good work!"
Bruce Gibson & the Gently Used Fellows loved playing at the NEW! Woodstock Coffee House last night. Sean Stemmerson performed on bass as the newest Gently Used Fellow, joining Tim Morris and Steve Moss.
Bruce, Tim, and Steve joined with Tom Jacobson (on the soundboard) for a full evening at The Olde Blind Dog Irish bar and restaurant in Milton GA. We made some new friends, saw some fans from other local gigs, and shared good music. Everybody had a great time with great food and a few pints!
Bruce Gibson & the Gently Used Fellows had a great sounding night at Woodstock Coffee House tonight. We are really getting comfortable with our material and each other, and it really shows in our sound. We had a great crowd of locals and family and friends, and they were all very responsive. We had a great time!
